We get only our items directly from the manufacturers or their retail outlets in their respective countries and we do not go through any ambiguous factories, resellers or other online portals. How do i place an order for ready stocks? Simply register an account with us, add your desired items to the shopping cart, check out and you are on your way to fabulous skincare at unbeatable prices. How do i place an order for pre-orders? Email Koreabb with the items that you need a quote for and we will liase with you from there. Pls note that prices for pre-orders will only be furnished when pre-order is indicated as "OPENED". Is there a minimum purchase? We need a minimum purchase of $12 per mailing. How do i see the prices and what do they include? All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars and include free normal local postage. Where is the pricelist for pre-orders? All prices for ready stocks are shown. However, Koreabb does not email the full pricelist to customers for pre-orders. We need you to email us with the item brand & name so that we can quote you. Why do you not publish your pricelist? Due to the massive number of items that are available for pre-order, Koreabb does not pass our pricelist on to customers. This is due to the frequent updating of pricing in Korea (promotions, discontinued items, launches, price increase, etc) and we want to provide our customers with the most accurate prices possible when they email us for a quote. Where do i find more information on shipping times, payments, etc relating to my orders. You are strongly encourged to go through the terms & conditions and disclaimer where you will find useful information pertaining to your orders. For out of stock items, when will they be available? Due to the number of brands that we deal with, we will not be able to indicate when items are restocked. Restocking can typically take 2-4 weeks. How to go about for overseas shipping?
